The results of any investigation, x-ray or blood test can be given in person at reception or by telephoning the surgery after 2pm.
It helps if you can explain to the receptionist on what date the test was done and what the test was for eg thyroid or kidney function or what part of your body was x-rayed. This helps eliminate the possibility of you being given the wrong results.
Most results take about a week to get back to the surgery.
